Message	I noticed that when I was in the Dallas area a couple of years ago. Considered the move, but the job availability was not the best - even back then. I'm sure that's one of the reasons homes are so reasonable. Another area I looked at was Charlotte NC - same situation: beautiful homes; real cheap; lead the way in the depressed economy. $150k might - repeat, MIGHT - get you a ratty townhouse in a bad area of Norfolk-Va Beach, but I digress: CONGRATS ON THE NEW HOME!!!!
